Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat $350 shipping fee unless a different shipping cost is clearly stated on the product page, checkout page, invoice, or written order confirmation.

After order processing is complete, delivery usually takes 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, delivery address, carrier schedule, weather, road conditions, and whether the delivery site is accessible and prepared.

 

For large items such as storage containers and trailers, standard package tracking may not always be available. After your order is processed and delivery is scheduled, we may provide delivery updates by email, phone call, or text message.

Before delivery, please make sure the delivery location is accessible, level, stable, safe, and clear of vehicles, debris, low wires, trees, soft ground, tight turns, or other obstacles.

Customers are also responsible for any permits, HOA approval, landlord approval, property owner approval, or local authorization required for product placement.

If delivery cannot be completed because the site is not ready, inaccessible, unsafe, blocked, restricted, or incorrect delivery information was provided, additional charges may apply. These charges may include re-delivery fees, waiting time, storage fees, or cancellation-related costs.

Product Questions

What condition are your products in?

Product condition depends on the specific listing. Items may be new, used, refurbished, or another condition clearly shown on the product page.

Used and refurbished items may show normal cosmetic wear, including dents, scratches, paint variation, surface rust, patches, or signs of previous use.

Product photos may be representative and may not always show the exact unit delivered unless the product page, invoice, or written order confirmation clearly states that the exact pictured item will be provided.

Color availability depends on current inventory. If color is important to you, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Many used containers are designed for secure storage and may be wind and watertight, depending on the product listing. Please review the full product description carefully before placing an order.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days from the date they receive the item to request a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received. It must not be damaged, modified, misused, overloaded, relocated, or altered after delivery.

Please include your name, order number, product purchased, delivery address, reason for return, and photos or videos if there is an issue with the product.

Returns must be approved before any product is returned.

The $350 shipping fee may be non-refundable once an order has been processed, dispatched, or delivered. Approved returns may also be subject to return shipping costs, pickup costs, handling fees, storage fees, or restocking fees depending on the product, location, and order status.

Warranty terms on new ISO shipping containers – 10 years starting from the date of purchase with a leakproof guarantee.

Warranty terms on used Cargo Worthy ISO shipping containers – 5 years starting from the date of purchase with a leakproof guarantee.

Leakproof guarantee refers to ISO shipping containers that are covered against any potential leaks throughout the applicable warranty period unless it was provoked by misuse, damage after delivery, unauthorized repair, bad placement or relocation, etc.

Warranty on new ISO shipping containers starts from the date of purchase and lasts for 10 years. The leakproof guarantee is included.

ISO shipping containers that are used but still qualified as Cargo Worthy are covered for 5 years starting from the date of purchase. A leakproof guarantee is included.

Any units/ parts that are repaired or replaced will remain under warranty either for the remaining part of the initial period of the warranty or for five (5) years from the date of the repair/replacement, whichever is longer.
