2. Products We Sell

NJ Storage Containers offers shipping containers, open car haulers, flat bed/deckover trailers, enclosed cargo and car trailers, among other products when available. Availability of products is subject to geographic constraints and delivery region.

3. Product Information

Product descriptions, images, pricing, size, conditions, and availability are provided in good faith. Used and refurbished products are subject to normal wear and tear. Normal wear may include dents, scrapes, rust, color variation, prior repairs, or other evidence of prior use. Product images are indicative and do not guarantee an exact product upon delivery.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Product prices shown on our website are intended to include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. This means tax is included in the displayed product price and may not appear as a separate charge at checkout.

Shipping fees, optional add-ons, or special services may be shown separately when applicable. We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, change promotions, or cancel orders due to pricing, inventory, description, or listing mistakes.

5. Shipping Fee

An individual shipping fee of $350 shipping fee applies for delivery unless stated otherwise on the product page, checkout page, invoice, or written order confirmation. Shipping fees are non-refundable once orders have been processed, dispatched, or delivered.

6. Processing and Delivery Time

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days after the order has been confirmed and payments authorized. Delivery times typically range between 4–7 business days depending on product availability, delivery region, carrier schedules, weather, road condition, and accessibility of the delivery site. Delivery dates are estimated but are not guaranteed unless written.

7. Delivery Area

Delivery can be carried out in all parts of the United States. Availability of delivery services is dependent on delivery ZIP codes, product type, inventory location, carrier availability, and delivery site accessibility.

8. Customer Delivery Responsibilities

Customers must ensure the delivery site is accessible, safe, level, and clear of obstacles prior to delivery. Obtaining necessary permissions for placing the product in a particular location must be done prior to delivery. Additional costs might be incurred if delivery is impossible due to blocked sites, unsafe delivery sites, inaccessibility of delivery sites, or otherwise.

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers and their representatives should inspect the product upon delivery. Inspection of visible defects, wrong products, and/or delivery issues should be conducted as early as possible. Inform NJ Storage Containers if there are any problems during delivery.

10. Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not automatically imply acceptance. Order acceptance is implied only when payment is verified and product availability, pricing, delivery, and order details are confirmed. NJ Storage Containers reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in the case of product unavailability, impossibility of delivery, inability to verify payment, suspected fraud, or listing/pricing errors.

11. Payments 

Payment must be made in the payment methods authorized on the checkout page or the customer invoice. No products, services, and processes shall commence until payment is completed and verified.

12. Cancellations

Order cancellation eligibility depends on whether the order has already been fulfilled, dispatched, or even customized and prepared. Orders which are already dispatched or in delivery cannot be canceled in full.

13. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility depends on product type, condition, order details, and delivery progress. Customers cannot request returns without prior approval of NJ Storage Containers. Returns will incur an evaluation fee and return costs including return shipping, storage, pick up, or other costs.

Shipments, delivery costs including the $350 shipping fee are non-refundable once shipped or delivered to customers. Certain custom products, specialized orders, products which have already been modified or delivered will not qualify for return unless mandated by law.

14. Product Condition and Warranty

Condition of each product will be specified on the product page, quoted price, invoices, or order confirmation documents wherever available.

Eligibility for warranty services depends on product type, condition, warranties issued, and terms outlined for the specific product(s) ordered.

Warranty services might not include normal wear and tear, aesthetic defects, misuse, tampering, damage post-delivery, weather damage, improper maintenance, or movement post-delivery.

15. Product Use and Safety

It is the sole responsibility of each client to safely and legally operate the product delivered to them. Use of any product must be within compliance with applicable laws, safety rules, towing requirements, weight limits, zoning laws, permit requirements, or property restrictions.

NJ Storage Containers is not responsible for misuse, unsafe use, overloading, towing offenses, storage of prohibited materials, and failure to comply with relevant laws and regulations.

16. Trailer Use

In the event of trailers, the client must verify suitability of the trailer for their vehicle, towing capacity, hitch installation, registration requirements, and insurance requirements in accordance with road laws.

Ensure trailer capacity is not exceeded and that you operate the trailer in a safe manner.

17. Container Placement

Shipping containers are industrial products and heavy products. It is up to clients to choose suitable and safe sites for container placement.

NJ Storage Containers will take no responsibility in case of property damage resulting from customer choice of placement, soft ground, underground utilities, driveway capacity, landscaping, HOA restrictions, and local regulations.

18. Third-Party Services

NJ Storage Containers may work with third-party carriers, suppliers, website tools, or service providers. We are not responsible for third-party delays, denials, service disruptions, terms, policies, or actions beyond our control.

19. SMS, Phone, and Email Communication

Customer consent for NJ Storage Containers to reach them via phone, SMS message, and email for purposes of product or delivery updates, quote information, payment reminders, order updates, availability of products, and customer service information. Charges for SMS messages apply. Opt out of receiving text messages by responding STOP or contacting us.

Customer SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

20. Website Content

Websites of NJ Storage Containers are the sole intellectual property of NJ Storage Containers, unless otherwise noted. Use, reproduction, modification, and reproduction of website content for commercial purposes requires permission from NJ Storage Containers.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the greatest extent possible under the law, NJ Storage Containers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use, products, deliveries, delay, or other services. This includes lost profits, project delays, labor costs, rental costs, property downtime, loss of use, or other indirect losses.

NJ Storage Containers’ liability will not exceed the sum payable by the client for the product or service related to the claim.

22. Force Majeure

NJ Storage Containers will not be held responsible for delays, failures, or losses due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control such as weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier delays, supplier delays, road blockages, accidents, mechanical breakdowns, labor issues, governmental authorities, emergency situations, and internet outages.

23. Governing Law

These terms of use will be governed according to the laws of the State of New Mexico, disregarding conflict of laws provisions.

24. Changes to These Terms

NJ Storage Containers reserves the right to update these terms anytime. Amendments will be published on this webpage with an updated ‘Last Update’ date. Continued use of our website after any amendments will imply acceptance of the new terms.
